Can't access my old account

Currently wildly frustrated that there is no way to submit a support ticket directly and I can't just get my question answered. I made an old Evernote account with a really important note in it and I can't access it because I no longer have access to that email (it was a college email that expired). I can verify my account in whatever other way that's required but I would really like to get back in there. I've tried many times to find a way to submit a support ticket but all I get is "oops! can't access this page" and blocked forum topics that I can't post to, etc. etc. 

 

Please fix this Evernote. I have a feeling this isn't a great way to get a question answered and it took me a long time to even get to this page.

Hi.  Sorry for your troubles.  You should be aware that this forum is mainly supported by other users,  so we can't help you with password queries.  If you've not been locked out of your old Evernote account,  you should still be able to gain access with your incorrect email and the original password.  If you have been locked out because the account hasn't been used in a while,  you need to contact Support.  This help page will give you some useful links...
