I lost all notebooks, notes,… after update

Today, I wanted to check somzthing in Evernote and it did say I had to upgrade to the most recent version. I did

then I logged in and did see all my notebooks (over 100), notes,… disappeared.

 

what I can I do to get these back?

Hi.  The usual explanation for missing notebooks is to have accidentally logged in with slightly incorrect credentials,  so creating a new account.  Try logging out and back in,  or use the 'forgotten password' link from Evernpote.com.

I had a talk with the helpdesk …
i was using a completely outdated version and with upgrading to the current version, something went wrong with the conversion on the data. They will try to recover it and I hope they can. I know it sounds stupid from me to keep 8yrs of dayz

If you were on a very pre-v10 version,  your original database might still be on your hard drive if you use a desktop.

Sadly enough, I only used it on my iphone.

first install was in 2014. And I think i still was on version 1 😄.
