How to change Evernote support agent?

All my notes are not available without internet connection and the agent who is assisting me is useless.
I have already sent new questions but the same agent always returns.
Any suggestion?

Hi.  Device / OS / Evernote version?  If you're on a desktop check Settings > Application > "keep a copy of my notes on this device..."

Thank you, the suggested was already activated.
It all started with trying to resolve a sync issue and an agent asked me to erase all Evernote data on my MacBook.
Now my notes can only be accessed if I have an internet connection.

That 'keep a copy' option needs to be ticked to allow you to work offline.  If it is ticked and you're still getting the message,  untick and sign out of Evernote (again) and then sign back in and re-tick.

Thanks again for your help. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
I am trying unsuccessfully to find out if there is any command that will force the Evernote cloud database to download to my computer.
I'm monitoring Evernote traffic and it simply doesn't use the internet to download my data.
After 14 years of use I'm giving up on Evernote, I'm going to try to find a replacement because the confidence I had is gone.

Request that your ticket be escalated to the next level of support if you're not getting anywhere.
