Issue: Images doesn't load

Hello

I'm  a suscriber user since a few months. 

My issues is that the images doesn't load in desktop app, android app, or web app. I was review other reports in the forum, but there are not a solution.  
I need that imagens to study for my job. I take notes and screeshots fromt certain courses online.  Please help me to recover my images ... it is important for me.

Hi.  Have you checked preferences / notes / images in desktop settings?

Plus.  What format (file extension) do your images have,  and how big are the files?
