I want to change the font color when the checkbox is checked

I am using the desktop version of Evernote, and after creating a checkbox and marking it as completed, the font becomes grayed out, making it difficult to read what was written. How can I change the color scheme here?

Hi.  I'm using Windows 11 and Evernote 10.56.8 and my completeds look like this:

What's your device / OS / EN version?  Can you give us a screenshot?

Thank you for your response. I had overlooked the strikethrough setting. I would have liked to be able to make the font color scheme slightly darker without the strikethrough, but this is sufficient. It has helped me to see past tasks more easily.

I am using windows 11 desktop version (Japanese). I prefer to use dark mode, but I am finding that the visibility is a bit reduced, as shown in this screenshot. But I found a setting to prevent the strikeout line from appearing, so I would like to address this issue here.
