Can I safely delete evernote folders left over from previous Legacy install?

I recently uninstalled Legacy and now use V10 exclusively on my windows machine. It was my understanding that V10 does not store notes locally, so I assumed the installation footprint should be minimal. However, I have 2 folders both with ~5gb. Can I safely delete these folders? I'm thinking I possibly should uninstall V10 and do some cleanup and then reinstall?? Thanks for any help

Yes. Since the master copy is in the cloud it can always be recovered. The only Legacy notebooks that are not in the cloud are local offline notebooks. These should be exported to ENEX prior to deletion or the contents transferred to an online notebook.
