Notes only show up when I search for them

Some notes I've created yesterday using Evernote for web and for iPhone are not showing up today on Win 10 app inside notebooks where I saved them. I thought it was a sync issue, but they show up when I use the search inside Win 10 app. That's is weird and annoying.

Furthermore, l have 12 shortcuts and only 4 of them are showing up on Win 10 now. 

This have never happened before.Any ideias about what is causing these issues?

Possibly a hiccup in your local data.

I'd rebuild the data on the Windows PC.

File / Sign Out / Remove data

When you log back in the data will be rebuilt over a period.

Thank you, @agsteele, it has worked. Simply logging out and in did the job, data removal haven't been necessary.
