Then you are viewing at maybe the first proof that the legacy client will be gone one day. This viewing problem came with the Ventura update, and the legacy client will not be updated to accommodate for it. If not Apple does something on their end, the legacy client will continue to display like it does. EN will not do anything about it, the client is deprecated since 2020.
randomname 0 Posted December 22, 2022 Author Posted December 22, 2022 Yeah I assumed it was some issue with the legacy client. Issue did come up when upgrading to Ventura. New client doesn't allow local notebooks so I am unable to use it due to work policies.

You need a working client to arrange the data export, if you have local notebooks. v10 will be of no help on that. It can go on for another 10 years, but it might be over pretty fast as well.
