Greetings

The Settings panel for the Web Clipper lists SHORTCUT keys for jumping to Action item. Is there a hot key to activate them, or should they just work? Googled around the wed without success and turned off popup filtering for 'evernote.com' in security and disabled Ublock for it as well. Checked the Security screens for possible setting too.

I did have a hiccup when addition a second monitor, but now it basically works. However I never used the SHORTCUTS before, but now some medical issues make that a better option.

(Now if I can get EN to throw a new note to the second screen ...hehe)

Thank you kindly.

Happy Holidays and New Year.

Hi.  Do you have any screen shots for reference?  The Clipper settings panel incudes activation,  and a list of options.  If the actions you want are not listed,  there are various automation tools that might help...

Hi, thanks,

You got me thinking ... activating the Clipper with its hot key [`] puts it in 'Shortcut' mode so they all work. Doh! Evernote is smarter/easier than I at times. Perhaps a note about that on the screen, but maybe it's just me :)

I'm finding EN very useful now after having moved away from it for several years. RememberTheMilk in a GTD approach, but not having the information for the tasks got frustrating, so gave up for a while.

Upgrading the Task feature is a big reason. I'm still tuning it, but my real desk is much cleaned off NOW.

I do find the Professional level features essential though (don't know why my profile says Premium, billing is correct and the features work). Lot's of new stuff in it to explore. Given the high threat environment, developers need funding for safe, reliable products. They just have to not be too greedy and NOT kidnap users' data.

My original Evernote database got corrupted around 2009, requiring a change in userid and porting to a new data set, so history here got lost. Nothing lost, otherwise.

Thanks, Happy Holiday and New Year

cheers
