Cannot access after monthly renewal

I have a premium account and it was due to renew yesterday. My card was charged but when I got on this morning, I was signed out. When I sign back in, it says I’m using a free account and need to upgrade. I’ve logged out and back in several times and opened a ticket # 3587212. The invoice on my account says that my September subscription ended on 10/18 and my card wasn’t charged until 10/19. Is that the issue? Is this going to be a monthly issue? Can I get some help? I really need to get into all my stuff.
