Cannot receive shared notebooks

I'm currently unable to access several notebooks that have been shared with me. I received emails that notebooks were shared with me but they do not show up in evernote or my Work Chat. I've confirmed with the sender and other recipients of the notebooks that all is fine on their end. I have tried restarting the application and have tried Evernote on multiple devices.

Does anyone know of a fix? Is there a type or reset/refresh that will not delete existing notebooks?

I'm currently using the free version. Any help would be much appreciated.

Shared notebooks do not show up any more in WorkChat.

You need to look them up in the „Shared with me“ section of the side panel.
