Coping Individual Notebooks Into Teams Account

Recommended Posts

My colleagues and I have long used Evernote to store, organize, and tag research, but we just recently upgraded to an Evernote Teams account. As a result, I need to copy individual notebooks into a Teams account, which I've tried to do following these instructions: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313918-Move-notes-from-an-individual-account-to-a-Teams-account. However, something weird is happening: After I copy, the number of notes in the Teams account isn't the same as in my individual notebooks. The first time I tried it, there were fewer notes in the Teams account than my personal account. When I noticed that, I deleted the notebooks in the Teams account and tried to copy them over a second time. On the second try, there were actually more notes in the Teams account than the individual notebook. I didn't receive a confirmation email that the copying was complete either time, even though I waited several hours without closing the window. Also, both times my tags copied over to the Teams account, but I lost my nesting structure for the tags.

Any ideas what the problem is? Or suggestions on how to verify that all the notes have copied successfully (I have thousands of notes, so checking manually isn't practical)? And, any way to not lose my nesting for the tags?

Thanks very much!

We are just other users here, and the number of active Teams users in the forum seems rather small.

Every teams account needs to have an admin, and every Teams admin has access to Teams support. I think you should use this option, because it maybe needs to be followed up on the server while the import happens.
