I have problem with evernote app (desktop)

I had a very similar issue happen to me just now (on MacOS Desktop) -- I've never seen it before (and also I'm on a little older version --- 10.41.5-mac-ddl).

Closing and restarting the application fixed it for me.

Also a side note that right before that happened, I got two duplicates of a note (and the last time I got duplicates was many months ago).
