outlook import

All my clients use MS outlook

A few users' outlooks have become huge

So I created personal for each year and moved the inbox and sent items for a year into it

I have come to the conclusion  this is a terrible idea

Is there a quick to import a complete personal folder (pst) into it 

if there is a quick way yippee to EverNote, if not able to consider Evernote
