David12345 0
I stopped using the paid version of EN a year ago because of frequent failures to synchronize notes between platforms, which created a lot of extra work to recover the lost changes. Historically (I've been using EN since 2011), this wasn't a big issue. A couple of months ago, I decided to try EN again, with the idea that things might have improved in the meantime, and have focused on a single note that I frequently update, and only two platforms, my Mac and my iPhone. Unfortunately, I must report that the sync issues seem worse, if anything, and I won't be able to keep using EN, even for this limited functionality. It will continue to be my platform for accessing existing notes, however, since it's pretty much impossible to get everything out in a useful way (as I learned last summer...) I strongly recommend that you focus on making synchronization more reliable, and pause other upgrades until this has been accomplished. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,713 Posted August 8, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted August 8, 2022 Hi. You may have missed that commenters in the Forums are mainly other users - contact Support or use the feedback option from any app to deal with Evernote direct. To be fair, the company has already said that it is looking at its sync processes, and has already added some upgrades. There was a recent hiccup when an update introduced new issues with sync. The company has already reacted to correct the issue. Further updates are ongoing. Link to comment
