Disappearance of a note

A note created 8 months ago and with daily updates disappeared. What can I do?

Notes don’t disappear just like that. Have you already looked up the trash ? Even if something was deleted, it is just moved to the trash, and can be reactivated from there.

To remove it from the trash, it must either be selected again, and deleted individually; or the whole trash must have been emptied. This is a second action, and unlikely to happen by accident.

A note in the trash can be selected and reactivated.

Yes. it is not in the trash....

It´s nowhere...

For me it´s an important note. Is it possible to the evernote support to look at the logs and to recover it?

We as other users do not know what sort of magic support will be able to unleash. I personally doubt they are able to recover a lost note, especially since it is now "2 weeks later".

What you can try yourself - if you run a backup of your computer: You may be able to recover a note from this backup. But to know you need to tell more about your setup.
