EVERNOTE CLIPPER

I think that Evernote clipper need the option to select texts in all text(I know that already there is this option, but you can choose only one part of this text). I think that Evernote  should have option like remnote clipper

The idea behind the web clipper is to - clip. All further action should happen in the new note that is created with the clipped content.

Since the web clipper uses the API, the editing tools from the app are not available for clipping. You can even clip without having the app installed on a device.
