If I, as a Pro user, share a notebook in read/write mode with someone else and he adds some content to the shared notebook, does this count on my upload quota or on his' or on both's upload quota?
If he has only a basic Evernote account, can he add files to the shared notebook you need a pro account for, like Word documents etc.? If not but he adds scanned PDFs, will they be OCRed by Evernote?
