Error on iphone app - error says "set auth token"

Hi

Can anyone please help me with the error "set auth token" that comes up when I'm trying to use Evernote app on my iphone.  It then asks me to sign in again.  Then 30 seconds later the error happens again.  It also asks me to upgrade my plan or sign out.

I'd appreciate any advice.

Contact support about this issue.

If you can't use the normal support link, use the guest access. Ticket type account should work.

Thank you. I can’t seem to contact Support unless I upgrade my plan. I’ve attached a couple of screenshots. I have a feeling I won’t be able to sort the problem unless I upgrade. 😏

You should have 2 working devices - at the moment probably only one.

Use the other device to log into your account. Check the devices page. You will likely see more than 2 devices. Unsync all except the one you are using to see your account.

Maybe this solves the problem, if you are exceeding the devices count.

Be aware there is a limit to the number of unsyncs.
