(Archived) No menu bar

Unfamiliar with Mac interface, as well as Evernote: I want to create a new notebook, which the documentation says is done by choosing File>New Notebook but when I am in Evernote I only see the Firefox menu bar. How do I make the Evernote menu bar appear? Thanks for helping a neophyte.

You can use Evernote online (using your favourite browser) and/or download one of the clients, e.g. the Mac Client. You seem to use it online, therefore no Evernote menu but the Firefox menu.

I'd recommend that you download and install our Mac client:

Thanks so much. I've downloaded the Mac version and am happily creating new notebooks.
