Latest Version of the app not syncing with the laptop version

Hello All,

I fixed my crashing issue. But now there is another issue that I noticed. I do have a laptop app and both have different numbers of notes or the notes that I have changed dates go back to there original date. I have tried to sync the phone app many times, it doesn't seem to work. How do I fix this?

Assuming the laptop is a Windows system, you could try this :

  1. Go to File > Sign Out [name] from the menu bar.
  2. Select the "Remove my Evernote data from this device" option, then click Sign out.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Sign back in to Evernote

It will replace the existing database by a fresh copy from the EN server.
