The email address is already in use

Hi,

I have recently created an account from an invite however I created the login using my personal email account instead of my new work one (Big Mistake!).

When I try to change this I get the message 'The email address is already in use".

 

Any ideas on how this can be fixed? I tried searching the error but didn't find a fix.

When using a work account mail address, just make sure you are not locked out if this work account may not be accessible any more.

Most of us do not work for the same employer forever. We have a bunch of forum request where people lost access to their university or job account mail address.
