Logging in and password issues

Dear Friends

Logging in issue :
My device remembers the password so I can log in.  however I cannot log in manually . I dont think i can change password since i do not have my current password , also I am afraid to get locked out of my account in case in case it does not work out -

When i click on this link it has me log in and I then i cant find the pathway which opens to a new window and i cant find how to create a support ticket -

I am prompted to log in then I am inside my typical Home with no way to contact support and open a ticket ? I am truly desperate after hours of trying -

You can reach your EN Home Screen, or you can’t ?

If you can reach it on a mobile device, you hit on the note list symbol bottom right. 

When the list appears, you hit on the gear wheel at the top, beside your account name.

Now the settings window opens. The option to contact support is (surprise) behind the support tab. Use it if your can.
