Web Clipper still isn't working

No problem with me. Wasn't giving any trouble before I updated my Mac to the latest software, and still working good.

Safari should be 15.4., MacOS should be 12.3.1., WebClipper should be 7.21.

Maybe first update everything to the latest.

Then if web clipper still does not work, log out of your account in web clipper, uninstall and reinstall, log in freshly.

I am having similar problem with web clipper. If I save it from Google Chrome using the clipper, it only saves if I then immediately look at the document by opening it up with the browser version of Evernote. I’ve tried this on both Safari and chrome With the same lack of results. Can’t figure out if I’m doing something wrong.

No idea about this. The web clipper on PC and Mac uses the API to save the clip - this means it goes directly to the EN server, not through a local client. It should work independent from opening or not opening a local client.

This is different on mobile, where the clipping uses the „sharing“ process on the device. There the import happens (reliably) when the EN client is opened on the same device where the clip was done.

You could contact support about it (if on a subscription).
