Evernoteuser1234a 0
I use a mac Evernote Edition- 10.30.6-mac-ddl-public (3202) Editor: v140.0.17554 Service: v1.47.4 Personal subscription I clicked on the Evernote Helper menu icon, Typed a few important things under the "Quick Note" heading and then I clicked "Convert to Note." The text cleared from underneath the "Quick Note" and a notification popped up alerting me that a new Note had been created in Evernote. I clicked to close the notification pop-up. All of this is normal for when I usually type something on the Helper icon and then convert to note. Except when I went to Evernote I could not find the note. I looked in recent, I tried searching for something that I had typed, I tried looking in trash etc. I also looked on web version and could not find the note anywhere Is there any way that I can find what I typed in that note? I saved the log, but not sure what to look for. I am pretty good at finding things in application folders etc. if I just know what to look for. Any help would be appreciated! Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,170 Posted February 19, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted February 19, 2022 The helper saves into the running application - it can't do when the app is closed. So usually everything should work. I am not aware of any system authorizations it would need. The activity log can be revised by support. Link to comment
