plumito 2
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,832 Posted February 8, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted February 8, 2022 Probably your local database is corrupted. You can make a fresh download from the EN server following this procedure: Go to File > Sign Out [name] from the menu bar. Select the "Remove my Evernote data from this device" option, then click Sign out. Restart your computer. Sign back in to Evernote Link to comment
plumito 2
Done... but still doesn't work. In fact, I uninstalled and then re-installed EN and... nothing. No changes. How can I manually remove those data bases? Link to comment
Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 8,832 Posted February 8, 2022 Level 5 Solution Share Posted February 8, 2022 The relevant folders seem to be %AppData%\Evernote and %LocalAppData%\Programs\Evernote. Can't try, I am on a Mac. 1 Link to comment
