Duplicating note containing tasks triggers bug

I have a to do list that is a series of tasks grouped under text headers in a note. When I duplicate the note the text headers are lost and the tasks get duplicated multiple times. For example, duplicating a note containing 50 tasks grouped under 5 text subtitles creates a note with 150 tasks (3 x50) and no text subtitles.

I have the same problem with the desktop app...

My meeting notes cycle is Agenda -> Update to Minutes -> Duplicate Minutes -> Agenda -> Update to Minutes -> Duplicate Minutes -> Agenda, etc

and the task duplicating bug makes it impossible to use this methodology.
