How Can I turn Off AutoFormatting in Version 10?

I do a lot of manual outlining and most of the time I do NOT want the Evernote automatic bullets. I had this turned off in the previous version. But I can't figure out how to turn it off in V 10 (Mac)? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I don't think you can. The only way is to press the backspace key everytime it decides to convert your - etc into a bullet.
