Evernote freezing problem...Raised the ticket as well but of no use (they just told me to reinstall it 😑) Any useful solution?

It's really frustrating to use Evernote due to this.

This used to be an issue but was resolved many releases back. I don't see much reporting of this any longer. The old quick resolution was type Ctr+R and if that did not work Ctrl+Shift+R

Have you attempted a complete and clean uninstall? I'd try using an uninstaller such as Revo Uninstall (this is on Windows which you seem to running). You need every trace of Evernote removed from your PC.  If that is what you have tried then I fear will have to go back to the support ticket and update it to say that the offered solution didn't work.

I have similar issue, my Windows version freeze continuosly for few seconds and then starts working again. I will try now to follow your advice and uninstall and see if it works. will post here the outcome.
