Scannable does not consistently converts files to pdf from the text

When I scan with scannable a book chapter the first few pages get auto snap correctly and pages concerts to pdf 

but the other pages are intermittent. Some pages convert correctly, however some pages capture as photos and don’t get concerts when I use crop

This didn’t happen before and I have the latest version of scannable.

please let me know how can I fix this

Contact support - personally I doubt that EN is giving more than just a very basic attention to Scannable.

The fix is likely to get another scanning app.
