Can't set cell color on Android device

What happened to cell colors on Android?  I use colors for a dashboard. Depending on the state of the item noted in a call, the color is set.  Bit for some reason table settings and cell settings in Android 10+ are gone!  Or am I missing something?

What you are missing, since it is placed in a modified workflow:

You tap into a cell of a table. A toolbar opens, one tab for text, the other for „Table“.

Choose „Table“, then tap on the color bucket in the middle of the task bar.

A new window opens, allowing you to select the color of the cell from a range of options.
