Please add a feature to add border to images that we paste in the note section.

You can use the annotate feature for a workaround. Use annotate to open the image. 

Pick the square tool and a color and line width you like. Then draw the square just outside of the original picture. The annotation tool will enlarge the pixel count to include the newly drawn frame. Close the annotation tool, and the picture shows with a border.
