Can't insert images; won't sync

I've got an Evernote Personal subscription.

I first encountered a problem about 30 mins ago. I was writing up a note and tried to an insert a screenshot (which I've done many times before and I've never had any issues) but got the following error message:

"Something went wrong when adding your attachment. Please try again."

Shortly after I got an error message saying that Evernote is unable to sync and that I needed to reload. When I pressed 'Reload' I lost all recent content that I'd written. Now I'm having issues even creating a new note. Nothing is working!!

Hi.  It sounds like you lost your internet connection.  It's possible that your image exceeded the maximum size for an upload,  but as a subscriber your note limit is 200MB so it would have had to be an enormous image,  or one of many in that note.  I'd suggest you sign out of Evernote and restart your device (if you haven't already) and check cautiously to see whether that fixed things.
