HELP Someone has been in my evernote. Someone keeps changing my devices to include an IPhone. I don't have an IPone.

Im afraid someone has accessed my personal information that is in my Evernotes.

Can someone please contact me.  I have learning challenges.  I have difficulty understanding written instructions.   Can someone from Evernote please call me and talk me through what I need to do to fix this.

1) Change your password

Evernote settings, security, Security overview

The new password must be 

- unique:

not reused, not taken with small changes from another service

- strong: 15 characters or more, symbols and numbers, completely random

Or a combination of 3 words, with symbols and numbers in between, mix of upper and lower case 

Best way is to use a password manager.

Once you changed the password, the foreign device is already locked out. To make this permanent:

2) Go to Settings, devices and revoke the access for all foreign devices

3) If you want additional security:

Activate 2 factor authentication (2FA)
