Adding Tags to Shared Notebooks #teamwork

A notebook "owner" should have the option to allow other users to add and modify tags of shared notebooks.

Other users can apply tags - but only tags that already exist in that shared notebook, applied by the rightful owner.

The tags added are not the same as tags in the receiving users own notebooks.

If for example you add „2021“ to the shared notebook, and the receiving user already has „2021“ as own tag, there will be 2 tags called 2021 offered in tag selection. What we learn from this is that shared notes still belong to the source account, and some actions are restricted.

If you want to offer the receiving user a selection of tags, add a note carrying many tags to each shared notebook. If I am not mistaken, a single note can carry up to 100 tags.
