Annotating pdf - freezes

When I am using the annotate pdf-function on my ipad, it tends to freeze from time to time when I am lifting my pen, making me unable to make more annotations. The only button that is working for me when this happens is to hit "back" and loose my work. Has anyone else experienced this or have som tips for how to prevent it from happening?

Same here. I start taking notes on a pdf and it randomly stops working. I can cycle through the annotation tools, but can't use them and can't save.

Gave it a try, but could not reproduce this.
