Nameste 0
In the older version there was a option to search a note, only in a notebook. Not globally. If you have hundreds of notes, for me it's important that I only search in a specified notebook. It makes my life so much easier. Any chance to bring this back? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,067 Posted September 23, 2021 Level 5* Share Posted September 23, 2021 Hi. The old options were: choose notebook / search for keyword, or search for "notebook:<name> keyword keyword" (without the quotes) Do neither of those work any more? Link to comment

I don't knwo what platform you are using. These instructions work for the desktop and web versions but you will need to adapt for mobile operating systems. If you go to the notebook you want to search and click into the search bar underneath the text field is the name of the notebook and the instruction to "add filter". Click that and then add your search text as normal. Alternatively you can filter by notebook after you have done a global search. Link to comment
