[Bug in version 10.21] "Copy app link" hotkey inadequately copy wrong note link on OSX

How to reproduce (see the gif for full screencast)
- press "⌘⌥⌃C" to copy app link of Test 1 note (fine)
- switch to Test 2 note
- switch back to Test 1 note
- press the keys to copy app link of "Test 1" again, but "Test 2" is copied

I can only test on OSX. version 10.21. This is a very annoying bug.

We've been able to reproduce this issue, and are working to address it.

I'll provide an update here once I have more information.
