Lost Notebooks and Materials when upgrading phones

When I upgraded my phone/ app reinstalled and all my notebooks, notes, etc. disappeared. I am unable to find any of my materials. Any suggestions? I have one very important voice memo that has a lot of sentimental value to me on it.  Everything I read made me believe the materials wouldn't be lost in the transfer.  Any suggestions? TIA!

You have most likely created a new account instead of opening your existing one. One typo in the user ID is enough.

Log in again, this time make sure you use the correct login data. Your notes will then download from the EN server, where they have stayed all the time.
