I recently installed Evernote on my iPad Pro and purchased the Personal account with supports installing on multiple devices. Then I purchased a MacBook Pro and installed Evernote. Logged in and yet it doesn't recognize my Personal account. When I check my account on the Mac, it shows that I only have the free account.
I scoured the Help section about syncing, thinking that would be the problem. It suggested uninstalling the app, shutting down the computer, then reinstalling. I did that even though I was skeptical.
I want to use this program mainly on my MacBook but have already written notes on my iPad (that I can't see).
It's quite frustrating that I can't get in touch with anyone from Evernote. Grateful this option is available and am hoping I can find the answers. Otherwise, I'm going to cancel my subscription even though I've paid for a year already.
