Are you on a free account ?

In this case you probably are exceeding your device limit. The web client is counted as a device.

You can have 2 active devices, or when you want to add one you need to be down to 1. You only have a limited number of new syncs per month, so don’t jump devices.

To unsync a device, go to your account settings, tab devices and unsync a sufficient number of devices to get back into the limit.
