App stuck on a loading screen

The app opened well, but after a few seconds a loading screen popped up that blocked any use.

This loading screen would not go away. I deleted the app, turned on the phone and reinstalled the app and the loading screen would come back.

After a week I decided to check my settings on the web browser and found that I had 3 screens with the free account.

So this was the issue, but this is still a bug on the app on the phone. It should not get stuck on a loading screen forever.

It should give the option to choose the screens.

EN is aware that a message would be the better option.

But the reason of not loading in your case is clearly exceeding the device limit for Free users. From the answer I got from EN, in many cases a message should show, but in some cases it doesn’t. Can’t check on this, not working with a Free account myself.
