Especially in EN Teams (Business) creating a tag structure through the admin is a very powerful tool to structure tagging for all team members. It creates a company wide way of adding tags to enrich information stored inside of notes. Notebooks assigned to spaces should be used more to set up the access to and flow of information, not the storage & retrieval itself. Link to comment
