Offline mode

Hi everyone,

I have 2 bugs with the offline mode :

• It was so slow to download notes books offline (4-5 hours!), while my notes are just texts (about 100 notes), and it's not about my internet connexion
• Even when my notes are offline, some of them only shows the first paragraph (and no more), I have to download it again

I'm using iphone 8, ios 14.6.

Have you checked whether the download has completed ? Missing content speaks for a missing download.

You can check in the mobile apps settings, notebooks, offline notebooks. When there is still a green & grey bar showing, download has not completed yet.

To download, I do this:

Disable autolockscreen for the device, in ios settings, display & brightness 

Open EN, start the download, keep the app active (in the foreground)

Put the device to a charger, bring down screen brightness to the minimum, let it run.

My downloading happens during the night , when I don’t need the I-device.
