When open apps, it’s show the “Green busy ball” all the time

Then I think your problem is that you exceed the allowed number of devices. 

This is 2 devices, and when you want to connect a new one, there is only 1 existing allowed. The web client counts as a device.

Go to your account settings, tab devices and unsync as many devices as necessary to bring you down to 2 or (to allow 1 new one) 1 device.

After that you should be able to log in again.

Hellio! I have the same problem with my EN account when I use it on my Chrome (web-based EN). I have a paid subscription and my app works fine on my iPhone. But as soon as I use the web-based EN on my work computer, all I guet is a spinning green wheel. I cas see my notes, but can't scroll nor open any of them.

Could it be my firewall?

No idea about the web client.

There was a problem with the desktop clients, showing the loading circle for 10-30sec on starting the app. Then it returned to normal.

This was fixed with the release of EN 10.19 Win/Mac. The web client got „released“ to 10.19, even if you don’t need to install. Maybe they fixed it there as well.
