Note Gone

I spent about an hour filling out a template with various details of a story I'm writing. I've now reopened the note with the intention of continuing and the entirety of everything I've written has been replaced with the original template.

As far as I can tell there is no note history. I've checked under note info where the help sites said it should be. Any advice on finding my work would be appreciated.

Check on the web client what state the note has there.

If something has reached the server (which you see in the web client), you should be able to recover it from there. If it is the same as on your local machine, the changes had probably never synced, and are most likely lost.
