Lost all notes, account showing incorrect subscription level

Been using Evernote for a few years now, and my renewal for Plus (1Year)  just got done a week ago or something.

Updated to Evernote 10.16.7, and it's been a pretty great (totally not) experience so far.

1. My subscription level now shows Basic, even though I just renewed my yearly almost a week ago

2. Lost all my notes - this is my biggest problem. Do not see them on the web, do not see them on my new app. It would be soul crushing to lose 2 years, and yes I should backup, but there is a reason I pay for the Plus package, and that is not to bother with this.

Any advice?

Hi.  Your loss of both notes and subscription access indicates you managed to create a new account which is what you're currently seeing.  Try logging out and back in again being very sure that you're using your original user details.  If that doesn't work,  try signing into Evernote.com and use the 'forgotten password' link to check the correct details.
