On a Mac (latest Mac OS), and trying to update the Evernote app I get an error that app not available "with this Apple ID." Not sure if the basic plan is prevented from updating, or what. Of course, I can't change the Apple ID, so I'm confused about what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Screenshot of error message is attached. Link to comment
