Stuck in Forever White Loading Screen

How many devices are active on your account ?

The loading screen can be a sign that there are already 2 devices registered, so it won’t let you access a third one. This may be an old device that is not used any longer, but registered. 

Use any working device to go to your account settings, tab devices. If there are already 2, you need to detach one of them to allow the new device to sync.

Hmm. Not sure, I’ll try to confirm, but as long as I remember I have only the mobile iPhone 7 and recently in the desktop.

So I’ve opened it in the desktop browser to do what the guy above said, not sure if that’s really what was happening but so far so good.

I experienced the same problem after I switched to a new iPhone. I managed to change the account settings before the loading screen popped up.

A new phone is a new device. If you are limited in devices, you need to be down to 1 device left before you can add another one.

This means revoking the access of the old device before you can add the new one.
