The loading screen can be a sign that there are already 2 devices registered, so it won’t let you access a third one. This may be an old device that is not used any longer, but registered. Use any working device to go to your account settings, tab devices. If there are already 2, you need to detach one of them to allow the new device to sync. Link to comment

If you are limited in devices, you need to be down to 1 device left before you can add another one. This means revoking the access of the old device before you can add the new one. Link to comment
