Need help! Forgot a password to an account which was not linked to an email. Can't restore password now.

Could you, please, help me to restore access to my account. I forgot the password,

and then the account was blocked after several unsuccessful guesses. The message was shown, that the link to restore the password was sent by email.

But I haven't linked the account to an email!

Please, help.

Create a new account. Use it to get support through the Support option on the EN web site. Important: Choose  account issues as ticket type. This is the only option available for Basic accounts.

I am not sure they can do anything about it, but it is the only chance I see.
